As SVP of marketing, Kelly Silver elevated marketing at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties to new heights, delivering impactful initiatives that empowered more than 1,500 agents across the state. Building on her reorganization of the company’s in-house marketing division, The Agency, Silver led a year defined by innovation, consistency and measurable brand growth.
In 2025, she helped lead the multi-channel launch of the brokerage’s new corporate tagline, “Always a Good Move,” while strengthening agent support across the network. She embedded Agency team members within branch offices for one-on-one collaboration, while also introducing the “Broker Meeting in a Box,” to ensure cohesive messaging companywide.
Silver also produced two marquee agent events, Grit and Momentum25, bringing together company leadership, high-profile speakers and agents for education, connection and inspiration. Her team’s creativity earned multiple industry accolades in 2025, while a newly launched SEO strategy drove record-breaking organic traffic and recruiting growth.
