Kennedy Akinlosotu serves as CEO of Nations Realty, LLC, a rapidly growing boutique agency in the Greater Seattle area. Akinlosotu immigrated to the United States from Nigeria. After graduating from the University of Nevada, he purchased a home, which he eventually sold for a $50,000 profit.

After selling the house and receiving his M.B.A., Akinlosotu understood how homeownership could provide financial security. He moved to Seattle and opened Nations Realty, LLC, in 1998.

The agency focuses on serving immigrants, who often face challenges because of language barriers and whose homeownership needs are frequently underserved. Akinlosotu has built a successful business through his deep roots in numerous local ethnic communities.

In 2020, Akinlosotu affiliated Nations Realty, LLC, with ERA Real Estate. His team includes sales associates from Nigeria, Kenya, Congo and Portugal.
