Lacey Conway

In 2019, Lacey M. Conway, president and principal broker for all Latter & Blum companies, led an effort in Louisiana to create a statewide, broker-owned MLS partnering with associations across the state to provide world-class technology, training, support and lead generation at a very affordable rate. That effort is expected to save brokers significant sums of money by eliminating the need to license multiple data feeds from each of Louisiana’s nine MLS markets.

Latter & Blum, Inc., is the largest independently owned real estate brokerage in the Gulf South and has 25 offices located across Louisiana, Texas and Southern Mississippi. The firm handles residential and commercial sales, leasing, property management, insurance, appraisals and mortgage services. Its residential operation is ranked No. 1 in Louisiana and is the 24th-largest nationwide.

Conway was first licensed as a salesperson in 2005 and has been active in the real estate field ever since. She is licensed in Texas, Louisiana and Mississippi and holds a CCIM designation. Under Conway’s leadership, Latter & Blum has become a dominant brand in those states and has generated over $3 billion in sales annually.

Conway is a New Orleans native and a graduate of Isidore Newman High School. She earned a BS degree from Boston University and an MBA from the University of New Orleans. Before being named president, Conway served as executive vice president of Latter & Blum’s Uptown New Orleans office.
