Larina McClain

Larina McClain is the Managing Partner of the McClain Group of Madison & Co Properties in Denver, Colo.   McClain began her real estate career in 2002 on the commercial side with Unique Properties, a premiere Denver firm.

In response to the competitive nature of the industry, McClain quickly learned the details of real estate operations, marketing, contracts, logistics and customer support, and her hunger to expand her expertise eventually motivated her transition in to full time residential real estate in 2004. There, she quickly helped build her team to top producer status through hard work and a love for what helping people in their journey to find home.

In 2013 Larina was asked head Madison & Company Properties’ residential luxury department. According to McClain: “Everyone wants the luxury experience and that’s what I am going to provide.” Now, a managing partner for Madison & Company Properties, McClain’s passion is still the daily grind of real estate and building memories with her clients. She also enjoys giving back to her community, and donates a Kindle Fire to a sick child for every home sold.
