Leah Gibbons, chief marketing officer and senior vice president of Howard Hanna Real Estate Services, played an instrumental role in the company’s success in 2023. She helped oversee the launch of United Purpose Mortgage, a community lending initiative that aims to help close the homeownership gap, and Howard Hanna Mortgage became the first lender to receive an Accredited Social Impact Lender certification from the National Association of Minority Mortgage Brokers of America.
Gibbons was also integral in promoting Howard Hanna’s partnership with Coach REALTORS® in Long Island, making it the No. 1 real estate broker in transaction sides in the state of New York. In addition, Howard Hanna expanded its sports marketing partnerships to include six collegiate teams and two NFL teams.
