As vice president of marketing, Lauren Fox played a pivotal role in modernizing HomeSmart International’s marketing engine, leveraging technology to drive growth while keeping agents at the center. Since joining the executive team, she revitalized the company’s marketing infrastructure, blending creative vision with data-driven execution to elevate agent engagement, recruiting performance and national brand visibility.

A cornerstone of Fox’s impact was the launch of HomeSmart’s MLS-integrated, AI-powered Marketing Design Center, a platform that streamlined agent marketing through automation and intelligent design. Strategic adoption campaigns drove dramatic engagement, with thousands of custom designs created within months of launch.

“Seeing an idea evolve into a scalable program that accelerates recruiting, deepens engagement, and elevates brand visibility is both exciting and rewarding because it means I’m helping shape the future of our industry,” says Fox. In 2025, she also reengineered HomeSmart’s marketing-to-recruiting funnel, improving speed-to-contact, boosting conversion and significantly reducing cost-per-conversion through targeted analytics, persona-based messaging and optimized user experiences.

Fox expanded HomeSmart’s digital footprint through high-performing advertising, social media growth and agent spotlight initiatives, while strengthening franchise communications and public relations efforts nationwide.
