In 2024, Liam Coonahan’s determination and work ethic earned him recognition as RISMedia’s Rookie of the Year Northeast winner. He credits his success to sheer hard work, often devoting early mornings, late nights and weekends to building his real estate career.
“My biggest contributing factor for my success is simply hard work. Early mornings, late nights, weekends. There are other factors that have helped, but none of them can replace hard work,” he says.
What he loves most about real estate is the opportunity to make meaningful connections, noting that some of the high-value relationships he has built have been life-changing. Coonahan also places great importance on continuous learning and growth, drawing inspiration from those around him.
“What I love most about the real estate business is the connections it allows me to make with other people,” he says. “I don’t care how good you think you’re doing, there is always someone a step ahead of you that you can learn from.”
