Mark Schneidman

A longtime Realtor® in the Santa Barbara, California area, Mark Schneidman closed over $9,584,000 in real estate sales in 2025; the Santa Barbara Association of Realtors® ranked him among the association’s top producers in June 2025. Personally, though, Schneidman considers his closing number to be “the least of (his) accomplishments” in 2025.

Aside from his work at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties, Schneidman is also the host of the weekly radio show, “Radio Real Estate,” that reads off weekly real estate statistics and discusses all manner of real estate issues affecting the Santa Barbara area. In 2025, Schneidman held his 1,400th weekly broadcast of “Radio Real Estate” since beginning his broadcasting career in 1998. His 2025 guests on the program ranged from brokers to property managers to local politicians; among them were President & CEO HomeServices of America Chris Kelly and Mary Wykes, an 100-year-old realtor based in Maryland.

“I inform, entertain, make my audience laugh and hear from some listeners who have been following me for my 27-year run,” says Schneidman when summing up what he accomplishes each week on “Radio Real Estate.”
