Mary Wargula

Mary Wargula’s achievements this year can only be summed up by a decades long commitment to industry excellence. Since joining what was then Prudential Georgia Realty in 1993, Wargula has moved up in the ranks. This past year, Wargula was promoted to SVP Brokerage Offices for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, in addition to being the managing broker for the top producing North Fulton/Alpharetta office. She has since grown her branch from a little over 30 sales associates to an astounding 145.

Wargula displays her real estate knowledge by sharing what she believed is the best asset of any successful brokerage: “Recruiting. It’s very simple. I believe if someone has a dream or vision and is willing to work hard, I will work alongside them to help them reach their goal.”

Wargula was also nominated and awarded Top REALTOR® in the Alpharetta/ North Fulton Branch located in North Atlanta.
