Melissa Kandel

When she’s not working as a founder and CEO, Melissa Kandel is busy making a name for herself in the industry in so many different ways. She was one of Women Leaders Magazine 20 Most Inspiring Leaders of 2022, she grew the Elite Content Collective online platform, spoke to packed crowds at several national real estate conventions, provided communications support for several multi-million-dollar proptech startups, and helped launch and write all editorial for Realty ONE Group’s ONE LUXE Magazine.

She says that when she recently spoke at the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Sales Convention a father approached her and told her that she had inspired his daughter to follow her dreams: “It was a feel-good moment! I don’t do what I do for the gold stars but knowing I am making a real impact on people means the world to me.”
