Merri Jo Cowen serves as CEO of Stellar MLS, the third-largest multiple listing service. In 2022, the company launched Stellar Central, a new, SSO-enabled sign-in experience that users can customize. That was the first phase in a plan to develop a data environment that is interoperable with the company’s products and with other products that brokers choose to use.
Stellar MLS added two new REALTOR® associations as shareholders in its regional MLS. The company is building an offer management platform with Skyslope and adding relevant tools, as well as a product that allows sight-impaired consumers to conduct voice searches.
