Michael Lafido

A renowned speaker for luxury real estate professionals, Michael LaFido made some of his top advice more accessible than ever in 2024 when he published his new book titled, “Secrets of Top Luxury Agents” in May. Available in print and eBook formats, it hit six bestseller lists. He also released the “Luxury Agent Planner,” a 205-page daily planner for real estate agents.

More broadly, LaFido defined his two 2024 goals as “raising the bar for luxury” in the industry (helping both agents and consumers) and increasing diversity in the luxury real estate sector.

“I’ve had agents come up to me at various events and conferences that I have never met, and thank me for giving them hope, giving them guidance and giving them the confidence to be a better agent and a better person,” says LaFido, who feels the impact of himself and his words while speaking and meeting agents face to face at industry events.
