Michael Lucarelli

For Michael Lucarelli, 2022 was a year of growth. Since founding software company RentSpree in 2016, Lucarelli has led it from a start-up to an ever-growing firm. In 2022, RentSpree was ranked 625th on Inc. 5000’s fastest-growing private companies after boosting its revenue 10 fold and beyond. This year, the company also passed 1 million users and closed $17.3 million in Series B financing.

Lucarelli began his career as a financial analyst but founded RentSpree alongside his friend Paul Sirisuphang. Along the way, he earned a real estate license and worked with agents on their rental transactions to achieve a first-hand understanding of the market he’d entered.
