Mike Clear

Mike Clear, COO of Realty ONE Group, plays several key roles in efforts to grow and strengthen the company. He mentors the executive team, provides franchise sales support, leads recruiting and retention efforts, and oversees ONE University, marketing, human resources, accounting, emerging technology and Realty ONE Group’s partner program.

In 2020, Clear led the company through challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic. He helped Realty ONE Group meet its goals in recruiting, retention and franchise sales.

Before taking on his current role with Realty ONE Group, Clear held numerous executive-level positions with Home Security of America and served as vice president of operations at American Home Shield. In addition, Clear has experience in the risk management, warranty and insurance fields.
