Pamela Liebman

The Corcoran Group

Pam Liebman is president and chief executive officer of The Corcoran Group. As a force throughout the industry, Liebman has been with Corcoran since she started her career in 1984, and was named president and CEO in 2000. She oversees the company’s 5,500 affiliated sales associates, employees, numerous corporate projects and, with her strategic direction, Corcoran has achieved record sales that have reached more than $18 billion annually.

Liebman transformed Corcoran into one of the nation’s most successful and prestigious real estate firms by expanding into key East Coast markets with the acquisitions of top tier firms in the south Florida and Hamptons markets, and with the purchase of Citi Habitats, one of New York City’s largest rental brokerage firms.

Liebman also launched the firm’s new-development arm in 1990, then called the Corcoran Marketing Group. After being named CEO, she led the acquisition of The Sunshine Group in 2002, creating the Corcoran Sunshine Marketing Group.

In 2020, she launched the Corcoran Affiliate Network that grew to ten markets worldwide within the first year, spanning the breadth of the country—from Hawaii to Westchester, New York—and marked its one-year anniversary with the launch of its first global franchise in the British Virgin Islands. The firm capped off the year by expanding into Puerto Rico.
