Patrick Callan

After receiving the Industry Leadership award from Realty Executives International and being inducted into the National Association of REALTORS® RPAC Hall of Fame in 2021, Patrick Callan did not slow down. As his agents and staff continued to work remotely due to the pandemic, he expanded the company’s support by providing an in-house marketing team, as well as new technology tools needed to maintain and grow their business. “I believe that an agent’s and team’s book of business is their book of business, not the company’s,” Callan says.

“I am able to bring the industry information that I glean from participation in the REALTOR® Association at the local, state and national levels back to my agents so I can keep them on the ‘cutting edge’ as the industry continues to evolve.” Amid the ongoing challenges, he was able to lead his company to success, providing the same level of production as years prior.
