In 2023, Paul Boomsma, president and CEO of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, led a reorganized team that expanded the company’s core residential real estate network, corporate relocation company and commercial real estate initiative. Under Boomsma’s leadership, LeadingRE introduced a dedicated new development marketing program and created additional real estate networks outside the U.S.
Boomsma collaborated with the company’s board of directors and team to provide programs and resources aimed at helping member firms and clients succeed in an evolving real estate market. Those initiatives included a series of broker forums held in five regional U.S. cities. The forums drew top brokers from across the country and provided both instruction and brainstorming opportunities.
