In 2025, Rei Mesa advanced a people-focused strategy that strengthened operations while positioning his company for long-term growth. As president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Florida Realty, he led a comprehensive evaluation of all 30 branch locations, reviewing finance, legal, facilities, marketing and essential services partnerships. With support from HomeServices of America, the company executed nine strategic office changes, including a Southeast Florida office swap, achieving meaningful cost efficiencies without losing talent or disrupting service.
“The exceptional individuals I’m fortunate to work with have a forward-thinking mindset and commitment to growth that continually inspires me to evolve both personally and professionally,” Mesa says. “Together, we drive meaningful progress and create a positive, future-focused environment.”
Mesa also introduced CATCA, the Customer Acquisition Tech Connect Advantage, a company-wide initiative designed to help sales professionals grow income and relationships. The platform provides consistent tools to attract new customers, strengthen existing connections, demonstrate marketing value to sellers, capture listing-generated leads and launch or customize personal websites. The initiative reflects Mesa’s belief that innovation should directly support agent productivity and client experience.
