Ryan Weyandt

In 2020, Ryan Weyandt founded the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance and was then named the organization’s CEO. Its mission is to advocate on behalf of LGBTQ+ buyers and sellers, eliminate housing discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, elevate professionalism in the industry, and celebrate diversity, equity and inclusion.

“It is the greatest honor of my life to have had the opportunity, and trust of my colleagues, to have been tasked with creating the organizational structure and corporate model for the LGBTQ+ Real Estate Alliance,” says Weyandt. “We look forward to working with, helping and fighting for equality for thousands of professionals and consumers in the housing space.”

Weyandt has worked for a decade in the mortgage industry. He served on the Minnesota REALTORS® Diversity and Inclusion Committee and was a leader of the NAGLREP Foundation.
