Shelby Foster

Shelby Foster serves as vice president for ERA New Age Real Estate, overseeing and developing the marketing department, as well as handling agent onboarding and training and ensuring everything runs smoothly for her agents and support staff.

Despite the COVID-19 pandemic, she continued to help her buyers and sellers through the buying and selling process. In addition to her clients, she presented “Tech Talks” dedicated to educating older generations about the important technology to help them continue and accelerate day-to-day business through their virtual shift.

“2020 was a difficult year for everyone in one way or another,” she says. “I am so proud to have been able to help alleviate some of that stress for my clients and help my colleagues to continue doing business during this time.”

Foster is also the founder and chair of the South Metro Denver Association of REALTORS® Young Professionals Network.
