Stephanie Lamarre

Golden Gate Sotheby's International Realty

Stephanie Lamarre was once again named one of the top producers for Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in 2019. She set records in two of California’s most desirable and high-value real estate markets.

Lamarre and Mary Lou Castellanos co-represented the buyers of a prestigious estate in Pacific Heights in San Francisco. The mansion, which was reminiscent of the Spanish-Italian Renaissance era, sold for a reported $27 million.

Lamarre and Castellanos closed another record-breaking deal in Tiburon in 2019. A house designed by Sutton Suzuki that overlooks the Tiburon Peninsula and has sweeping views of the San Francisco skyline and the Golden Gate Bridge sold for about $9.95 million.

Lamarre focuses on representing both buyers and sellers of Marin luxury properties. She has consistently ranked among the Top 3 Marin agents at Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty. Her 2018 listings sold at 105 percent of list price on average, and throughout her real estate career, Lamarre has closed sales worth a total of over $350 million.

Before pursuing a career in real estate, Lamarre studied at Stanford Law School and worked as an attorney for one of San Francisco’s largest law firms. That experience helps her win tough negotiations, minimize potential liability and handle transactions smoothly for her real estate clients. Lamarre also has an intimate knowledge of local areas, schools, contractors, market trends and real estate best practices, as well as a positive reputation and network of connections, that help her provide top-notch service to her clients.
