In 2020, she led a new onboarding automation project from start to launch, which entails a multitude of different triggers, email sequences and notifications to ensure a seamless experience for both agents and staff. From administrators to accounting, the onboarding automation project keeps each department in the loop, ultimately reducing pain points in the process.
