Overseeing a network of 1,300 associates across 27 branch offices, Tucker spearheaded the expansion of the “Todcast,” a proprietary video podcast that delivers real-time market insights and legal updates directly to agents. He further revolutionized professional development within the firm by launching the Training Lab, a state-of-the-art hybrid education hub that streams live, interactive workshops across the company.

Tucker’s 2025 milestones also include the strategic design and launch of a new Luxury Collection marketing suite in Buckhead, specifically tailored to elevate high-end property exposure. His commitment to the community was vividly demonstrated at the Momentum ’25 Conference in Asheville, North Carolina, where his leadership helped provide over 20,000 meals to families affected by Hurricane Helene.
