Tracey Hawkins has dedicated nearly three decades to championing safety in real estate, earning her the title “The Safety Lady.” In 2024, she won the prestigious Azbee Award of Excellence, Gold Regional Award, for her groundbreaking real estate safety podcast—the only one of its kind in the nation—boasting over 10,000 downloads for her winning episode.

Hawkins’ passion is rooted in teaching agents to “Lead with Safety.” She equips them with the tools to grow their businesses profitably by protecting buyers, sellers and themselves. From hosting the NAR Safety Series Podcast to tackling cutting-edge challenges like AI safety and cybersecurity, Hawkins is the industry’s go-to expert on preventing crime and ensuring safe practices.
