Gillespie led NAR’s “That’s Who We R” campaign, which launched in 2021 and highlights the life-changing partnerships and relationships between REALTORS® and their clients. Throughout the year, this campaign, featuring the theme “Opening Doors to Opportunity,” was recognized 33 times by some of the most prestigious awards programs in the real estate, advertising and media industries. As an executive who cares for her employees on both professional and personal levels, she has also recently launched an internal mentoring program, offering development opportunities for every member of her team.
