Zvi Band believes that strong relationships are a critical component of success in the field of real estate. He founded Contactually, a relationship-centered CRM for real estate professionals, in 2011. Since then, it has grown from an idea to a successful company that has facilitated over 208 million relationships, and generated millions of dollars in revenue, earning venture backing, awards and thousands of customers.
In the past year, Contactually has brought on new brokerage partners and expanded its enterprise-level services, working with many top Sotheby’s brokerages, large RE/MAX brokerages, Climb Real Estate, Pacific Union, Zephyr and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, REALTORS®, as well as other small and large brokerages.
Band has supported entrepreneurs throughout the Washington, D.C., region. He founded DC Tech Meetup and ProudlyMadeInDC, and has helped several startups by serving as a mentor and advisor. He travels across the U.S. sharing his insights to help brokerages and real estate groups strengthen relationships and become more successful, and will publish a book on relationship management in 2019.
“I’m honored to be chosen as a RISMedia Newsmaker,” says Band. “It’s a very exciting time to be in the real estate industry. We are thankful to be working with some of the most innovative brokerages in the country who are investing in technology and strategy to help them remain at the top of their game.”
