RISMEDIA’S 2026 POWER BROKER REPORT

RISMedia’s 38th Annual Power Broker Report is based on an online survey of residential real estate brokerages in the U.S., conducted by RISMedia January – March, 2026. The survey ranks brokerages by closed sales volume in 2025. Brokerages must have a majority ownership interest, inclusive of subsidiaries, to complete the survey, and broker/owners are asked to verify the submission. There is no cost or obligation to participate in the Annual Power Broker Report & Survey.

The 2026 Top 1,000 Power Brokers featured here are selected and ranked according to residential sales volume in 2025; to see the Top 1,000 ranked by their 2025 transactions, click on the “Transactions” header. Click on a firm’s name to see other statistics, including the number of offices and agents, and up to seven years of year-over-year data.
