One of the largest real estate industry providers of single property Web sites in North America, AgencyLogic's new functionality will allow Realtors to demonstrate their Internet marketing skills and differentiate themselves from their competition by creating and using single property PowerSites in their pre-listing presentations, free of charge. The PowerSite can then be purchased after the listing is won.
Realtors simply add the seller's e-mail address to the PowerSite to send a customized and branded (agent logo, photo and contact information) HTML e-mail link to their prospects so they can easily view their home's showcase Web site. Each time a prospective seller logs in, an e-mail is sent to the Realtor.
After the PowerSite is purchased, agent and seller will both have access to PowerSite statistics that track the Web site's traffic through the PowerView system.
