Prudential Arizona Properties Relocation Services Wins 2006 Destination Services Award

May 7, 2007
Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, May 8, 2007—Prudential Real Estate and Relocation Services has announced that Prudential Arizona Properties has been awarded the Destination Services Award, Western Territory, which recognizes leading offices in the international Prudential Real Estate Network that demonstrate excellence in supporting the needs of Prudential Relocation, their corporate clients, and transferees. Among the criteria that are considered for this award are outstanding conversion rate results (homes sold), customer satisfaction, responsiveness, communications, support and performance improvement.

The award was presented to Margaret Dixon, CEO & president of Prudential Arizona Properties and Eileen Slowinski, director of the Relocation Services Division for Prudential Arizona Properties by Earl Lee, president of Prudential Relocation, and Laurie Keenan, president of Prudential Real Estate Affiliates.

The recognition took place in a special ceremony at Prudential Real Estate’s 19th annual sales convention held in San Diego, Calif., from March 18 to 20. Nearly 6,000 real estate professionals from North America attended the three-day event.

Eileen Slowinski oversees 50 specially trained and certified Relocation Specialist Realtors as well as a staff of five who provide corporations, individuals, and families with a full range of relocation services whether moving to or from the Phoenix Metro or Payson Rim Country areas.

In addition to their industry experience and specialized relocation training, each Prudential Arizona Properties relocation specialist has an ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) designation and maintains an enhanced Web site that includes advanced CRM (Customer Relationship Management) functions. Included in their service is a complete overview of the current Arizona housing market offering buyers and sellers valuable information when making their decision to move. The specialists also provide relocation housing assistance including home purchases, rentals and temporary housing, and assistance that spans the overall coordination of moves.

Based out of the Scottsdale corporate headquarters of Prudential Arizona Properties, according to the company, the Relocation Services Division sets itself apart from its competitors by providing clients with customized sales associate selection, a staff of trained and certified relocation professionals as well as complete housing and “settling in” services. Incoming clients – buyers and renters – include corporate transferees and individuals moving to the area for elective reasons who seek out the trusted Prudential brand while acclimating.

Slowinski observes that the booming economy and idyllic weather are both draws to Arizona, where in February 2007 alone, over 32,000 people obtained a driver’s license from out of state. Slowinski adds that, “Prudential Arizona Properties Relocation Services offers customized area tours to introduce our out of state buyers and renters to specific areas, communities and schools.”

When asked how Prudential Arizona Properties Relocation Services hopes to maintain or grow its standard of excellence, Slowinski (herself a transplant from Michigan) cites continued training, quarterly reviews and “…raising the bar for our team of professionals by building services to best accommodate customer needs and holding the Prudential Arizona Properties team of professionals to high service standards.”
