Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions Forms Marketing Partnership

RISMEDIA, May 18, 2007-Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions (FNRES), and international real estate franchisor Keller Williams Realty, Inc. announced the formation of a strategic business agreement through which FNRES will market all of the franchisor’s associates’ property listings on CyberhomesTM.

According to the company, Cyberhomes provides real estate firms and their associates with a powerful marketing tool by displaying detailed property and neighborhood information in an attractive, easy-to-use, and informative presentation that lets potential buyers link directly to the listing agent through his or her personal home page and e-mail. Its user-friendly design parallels Keller Williams’ philosophy of establishing connections between buyers and sellers through the Realtor® who is representing a property.

“Increasing numbers of consumers are successfully using Cyberhomes to evaluate their home or find the perfect home and neighborhood,” said Cyberhomes General Manager and Fidelity National Real Estate Solutions CIO Marty Frame. “Because of the depth of information that Cyberhomes provides, the community data and property information found here is unsurpassed. Fully co-brandable, Cyberhomes includes the real estate companies’ branding and listing content and has been designed with sophisticated agent servicing rules to route traffic and inquiries exactly as each company wishes, on an associate-by-associate basis. Consumers on a company’s Web site will have the full experience without having to leave the site, exposing them to the real estate company’s brand throughout.

The Cyberhomes Web site provides national access to FNRES’s leading property information and tools, in conjunction with the listing content of all participating brokers. By incorporating the same associate servicing capabilities on the national level that support the participating companies, Cyberhomes helps to extend the reach of FNRES’ customers everywhere consumers are seeking home evaluation information online.
