Reading Time: 2 mins read

RISMEDIA, May 23, 2007-Positioned at the epicenter of Houston’s hottest housing market, Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors’ Katy office celebrated its own real estate success – the grand opening of its new location on May 10 to a crowd of over 500. The Katy Chamber of Commerce commemorated the occasion with a ribbon cutting, and guests mingled and toured the new offices housed at The Veranda at Cinco Ranch. The elegant 8,600 square foot space is outfitted with up-to-the-minute technologies and includes 10 private offices that front a lake.

The occasion also marked the inaugural of the Katy Sunshine Kids Fest, which raised over $10,000 for the Sunshine Kids Foundation. Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors is a long-time supporter of the nonprofit organization and is the founding sponsor of the Sunshine Kids Celebrity Golf Classic and Celebration, now in its 15th year.

“The professionals at the Katy office feel so strongly about their support that one of the conference rooms is dedicated to the Sunshine Kids,” said Tracy Bogiel, manager of the Katy office.

Faces in the crowd included Marilyn Eiland and Mark Woodroof, partners of Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors; Shannon Lillis, director of operations for the Sunshine Kids Foundation; Bob Hale, CEO of the Houston Association of Realtors; Rob Cook, chairman of the board of the Houston Association of Realtors; Darcy Todia, community relations specialist, Prudential Insurance Co. of America; John Stoever, CFO, Prudential Gary Greene, Realtors; and Katy Garritzen, representing the Katy Chamber of Commerce.

“We are proud of our new office in Katy,” said Eiland, “and we are proud to be a part of this dynamic community that is proving that quality of life and growth can coexist beneficially.”

The Katy office is located at 23922 Cinco Village Center Boulevard and offers clients one-stop, real estate services. According to the company, with over 60 sales professionals, buyers and sellers have everything readily available to conduct transactions, including mortgage, insurance and commercial divisions.
