Number1Expert and Real Estate Home Show Produce Real Estate Listing Video

RISMEDIA, August 21, 2007—Number1Expert(TM) and The Real Estate Home Show (REHS) have teamed to enhance the marketing and visibility of listings by way of video, the companies have announced.

Number1Expert, according to the company, provides Internet marketing to the top real estate agents in the industry and through its relationship with REHS has simplified the video creation process to help agents market homes.

Through the Number1Expert admin section, the agent may select a “Build Video” button. From here the process is completely automated through the REHS video production department. Listing images and data are uploaded nightly and a robust 40 second video commercial including a professional voice narration with music background is delivered in 24-48 business hours.

“It’s not about technology, our process goes far and beyond the mere production of videos,” stated Greg Johnson, REHS CEO. “We are all about marketing. After the listing is produced we upload the video to our site and to the major portals such as Google, Yahoo!, YouTube and AOL.”

Number1Expert automatically adds the listing video to the agent’s Web site; an MLS version and e-mail version are also provided.
