RISMEDIA, Feb. 6, 2008-Dominion Enterprises, a marketing services company, announced that Stu Siegel, vice president of strategy for Dominion Enterprises’ real estate group and founder of eNeighborhoods, will present a keynote address at the seventh annual National Real Estate CyberConvention and Exposition.Siegel’s address, “Preparing for Tomorrow’s Real Estate Consumer,” will take place at 2 p.m. EST, Feb. 14, 2008. Siegel will speak about the key factors shaping tomorrow’s real estate industry landscape: New business models, competition from outside industries, emerging technologies – and especially tomorrow’s buyers and sellers.

According to Siegel, real estate is experiencing “twin revolutions” and the two leading forces shaping the industry’s future are consumers and technology. Siegel will discuss how technology-empowered consumers present new strategic challenges, and how real estate professionals can position their practices for ongoing success. The presentation will be made available online as a downloadable special report after the convention.

“In real estate, there’s no such thing as business as usual,” said Siegel. “Buyers and sellers are better informed, more diverse, and more demanding than ever before. There are new challenges, but also new opportunities for real estate pros to make meaningful connections with a new generation of real estate consumers.”

As vice president of strategy for Dominion Enterprises’ real estate group, Siegel’s focus is on delivering new real estate marketing and media solutions. Dominion Enterprises’ real estate brands include Advanced Access, eNeighborhoods, Homes.com and Number1Expert.

Dave Liniger, chairman of RE/MAX International, will present the first keynote address, “Send Your Sales Curve Up, Up and Away!” More than 30 nationally recognized real estate trainers, authors and luminaries also will speak at the convention, including: Stefan Swanepoel, Michael Russer, Dirk Zeller, Dan Gooder Richard, Jerry Rossi, Dave Beson, Roger Butcher and Bill Barrett.

The National Real Estate CyberConvention will take place Feb. 11-17, 2008, and is presented entirely online. Complimentary convention passes and additional program information are available at www.cyberconventions.com/realestate.
