National Real Estate Companies Eyeing Commercial

RISMEDIA, May 27, 2008-As the residential markets continue to languish, more companies are looking for ways to expand their commercial practice as a possible solution to their woes. ” We provide the new agent with a three-week, in-market, learning experience utilizing 15 studio-recorded video sessions over the three week period, complemented with a 600 page training manual to teach agents the fundamentals of the business. These are combined with full-day, in-market action assignments to create a relevant, full immersion experience,” says Peter Droubay. “This solves several issues agents encounter with traditional seminar-type training approaches.”

He continues: “The training is delivered locally and immediately, and the learning is both incremental and repeatable. Traveling to a seminar is expensive and presents the risk of the agents getting an educational sunburn, meaning that the benefits of attending often wear off in couple of weeks. This is a normal result of too much information being dispensed too fast. Seminars also pose the challenge of not being immediately accessible as agents wait for the programs to come to their town or region. With an in-market DVD program, agents start now and can repeat the sessions until real mastery is achieved.”
