Z57 Listing Syndication Program Pays Off Big in Traffic

RISMEDIA, June 4, 2008-Z57, Inc., a leading provider of real estate Web marketing services, announced record highs in traffic to client websites from their free listing syndication program. Listing syndication maximizes listing and agent presence on the Web by automatically sending an agent’s listings to online real estate portals. In May alone, the company says that clients are on pace to receive 448,000 visits directly to their listings from interested prospects. These visits from listing syndication have consistently been on the rise, as exhibited by October 2007 clients receiving 61,000 visits and then 131,000 in January. This upward trend, confirmed in a year-over-year comparison, was due in part to technology enhancements. Z57 makes it easier for interested homebuyers to find the information they are seeking.

Z57 continues to forge new partnerships with online real estate portals such as Yahoo! Real Estate, Zillow, Trulia and HotPads. With the majority of people searching online for their next home, these websites expose client’s listings to millions of interested prospects. Yahoo! Real Estate became a listing syndication partner in March and as of May, is already bringing a substantial amount of visits per month to clients. Overall, the company says that the average client participating in listing syndication will receive 56 visits directly to their listings in May from interested prospects.

“We are pleased to share our positive industry statistics, especially in the current market. Now, more than ever, it’s in an agent’s best interest to have an effective online marketing strategy. Our website solutions come fully equipped with all the tools necessary to establish and maintain a successful online presence,” states Z57 President Don Gerould. “We’ve experienced an overwhelmingly positive response from our clients, which validates our dedication to developing ways to increase traffic and leads at no cost to them.”

The company’s detailed approach to driving qualified real estate leads can be viewed in a downloadable report.
