MRIS, July 14, 2008-MRIS® is proud to announce the new Spotlight Video Series, a selection of professional, engaging, and informative videos that you can post on your company or personal Web site. These videos bring high quality content that you can use to build a marketing campaign bringing buyers and sellers back to your site or blog and possibly sending their friends and families to your Web site as well. These videos can be used as a stand-alone feature or in combination with supporting material that you create. The videos can also be emailed to clients and/or potential clients creating another contact for you or your office.The first videos in the series will cover two timely topics, “REALTOR® Value” and “Curb Appeal.” Through the perspective of a For Sale By Owner, “REALTOR® Value” explains the complexities and intricacies of the services performed by a REALTOR® and subtly promotes you to the selling public.

“Curb Appeal” explains, in a non-threatening way, why the initial impact of driving up to a home is so important to the sale and may open the door for you to have a productive conversation with the seller.

It is easy to add the videos to any Web site. If you have ever added favorite links into your site, you can add this. Go to view the videos, highlight the URL (web address) and copy. Paste the URL into the location you want it to appear. Save your work.
