On her way: Herndon is in the process of obtaining her broker’s license.
Highly educated: Herndon’s credentials include a master’s degree in educational leadership, certification in three educational subjects, a mortgage broker’s license and a real estate sales license.
Herndon has a different outlook on the current market. “This market has provided me an opportunity to get involved in chamber activities that make a difference in our community,” she says. “I also carve out time to volunteer for fundraising activities at my son’s school.”
