RISMEDIA, Sept. 17, 2008-Coldwell Banker Real Estate LLC announced that six residential real estate brokerage companies joined the Coldwell Banker® system during the second quarter of 2008. Additionally, 15 existing Coldwell Banker affiliated companies grew their operations through expansion or mergers and acquisitions.
Two companies joined the Coldwell Banker system from the Phoenix, Ariz., area, including Coldwell Banker Trails and Paths Premier Properties in Mesa. The 12-year-old firm, headed by husband-wife team Ron and Debbie Brown, grew to 30 sales associates who specialized in the high end market prior to joining Coldwell Banker.
