MRIS, Jan. 19, 2009-Those are the new shapes in Matrix Mapping. You are now able to outline streets and neighborhoods, create a radius around a location, and exclude a portion out of the area. This will be a real time-saver. Create a half-mile radius around several Metro Train Stops (up to 10 shapes can be drawn per search), conduct your search and Save the search criteria as a Saved/Automatic Search. This can be easily updated to find new or changed listings using Matrix Market Update or set up as an Auto Email to go out ASAP, once a day (am or pm), twice a day (am and pm), or monthly.If you’d like to come to a class and be guided through all the new Mapping features and receive a student guide, sign up for “Matrix Refresher.” To enroll in a class, log onto www.mris.com, hover over Training, click enroll in a class.
