EXIT Realty Honors Two Individuals at International Convention

RISMEDIA, February 2, 2009-EXIT Realty Corp. International recognized the best in North America at their 2008 Convention held in Nashville, TN. Steve Morris, EXIT Realty Founder and CEO, was on hand to present the Top Sponsoring Award to Sales Representative Raymond Wang, achieved after only two years with EXIT Realty Team in Flushing, New York. What’s more, Morris, and Sharron Richardson, manager of Franchise Support presented the Administrator of the Year Award to Dee Harris of EXIT Four Seasons Realty.

With over seven years of experience, and coming from another real estate brand, Raymond was attracted to EXIT mainly because of its unique single-level residual concept. “It’s a win-win situation,” he said. “I found myself motivated to sponsor because by building a team, I could leverage my time and effort and get rewarded financially.” And after successfully sponsoring 52 agents into the EXIT family in a single year, he knew he had found something genuinely unique at EXIT Realty.

“In traditional real estate, agents don’t make money once they stop producing even if they’re a top producer, and they often don’t like to help each other because they see one another as competition,” he explained. “The EXIT Formula eliminates these two main problems.”

And one power-packed team is exactly what Raymond built. Thanks to the knowledge he gained from participating in EXIT’s Sponsoring Boot Camp training, and by tapping into his own multicultural roots, he was able to perfect his skills. “By helping others, you’re helping yourself. Everyone works toward the same goal and you want to share your experience and knowledge,” he said.

“Sponsoring allows you to share leads, coordinate with each other and work more efficiently, especially in an international city like New York. I have agents who speak a variety of languages and I’ve had fun making so many friends from different backgrounds. If we work together and help each other we can accomplish even more.”

In a letter to EXIT Realty Corp. International, Broker/Owner Jeffrey Knight raved about Harris’ contribution to the efficient running of his brokerage operation.

“Dee has been the Administrator of our two offices here in Dahlonega and Dawsonville, Georgia since our conversion to EXIT way back in 2002. She daily meets the challenges of maintaining excellent records for all of our agents in our two offices. She regularly volunteers to assist other Administrators to learn the system and has served with enthusiasm each and every day proudly wearing the EXIT badge with honor. She has worked diligently to save us money and cut expenses by 40% in this changing market to help keep us profitable. All this while continuing her studies to complete her college degree and planning to work towards her Georgia broker’s license.”

In choosing Harris to receive this prestigious award, Richardson commented, “Dee has that rare combination of skills. She is professional, thorough, and extremely efficient which make her a tremendous asset to the brokerage. At the same time, she is compassionate, enthusiastic, and brings a warm, human touch to everything she does. It is Administrators like Dee who make Franchise Support’s job such a joy.”

EXIT Realty says that the company has enjoyed tremendous growth throughout North America. This growth is based largely on the strength of its recruiting and retirement benefits. The EXIT Formula provides sales associates a chance to earn a combination of residual income over and above their own transactions through a process known as sponsoring and an enhanced retirement and beneficiary benefit; all of which have been unheard of in the real estate industry until now.
