Don’t Be Left Off the List – Top Brokers Respond Quickly to Survey

Home Uncategorized
February 11, 2009
Reading Time: 3 mins read

company-webRISMEDIA, February 12, 2009-Many of the nation’s top brokerages have already submitted their annual Power Broker survey, ensuring their chances for inclusion in this leading industry ranking from RISMedia. Among the companies currently in the line-up: RE/Max Equity Group; Prudential Georgia; Century 21 Judge Fite; and Shorewest Realtors. Don’t miss your opportunity to be among this elite group-to complete your survey, click here.

Inclusion in RISMedia’s 21st Annual Power Broker Report & Survey serves as a critical strategic tool in today’s troubled real estate market, as brokers struggle to gain a competitive advantage among a shrinking pool of real estate consumers. Deadline for the survey, which can be conveniently completed online, is February 23.

Brokerages that already submitted their surveys include:

– RE/MAX Equity Group
– Prudential Connecticut Realty
– Keller Williams Realty Memphis East
– Shorewest Realtors
– Nothnagle Realtors
– Prudential Georgia
– F.C. Tucker Company, Realtors
– Century 21 Judge Fite
– Coldwell Banker Legacy
– N.P. Dodge Real Estate
– Alain Pinel Realtors
– Prudential Preferred Realty
– Prudential C. Dan Joyner
– RE/MAX DFW Associates
– Prudential Rand Realty

“Being included in this ranking of the nation’s top brokerage firms is no longer just a feather in one’s cap – it is a critical marketing strategy for those companies looking to get the message out that they are not just survivors in today’s market…they are the leaders,” said RISMedia President & CEO John Featherston. “In this difficult market environment, making this list of leaders proves your firm’s commitment to real estate consumers and demonstrates your expertise in navigating rough waters. Your inclusion among the top brokers in the country is a sure way to gain the trust of speculative clients, differentiate your firm from the competition, and catch the eye of ambitious new recruits.”

RISMedia’s Power Broker Report & Survey has long identified and ranked America’s largest residential real estate brokerage companies by sales-dollar volume and transaction sides. The Power Broker Report is read by more than 300,000 real estate professionals and is accessible online to millions of interested consumers.

Brokerages participating in this year’s survey should note that to avoid duplication and potential confusion, the Power Broker Survey should be completed by an individual, shareholder or entity with a minimum 50.1% ownership interest inclusive of subsidiaries.

All sales and transaction volume comes directly from brokerages and is verified and substantiated by external sources, in most cases accounting firms, prior to publication.

There is no cost or any obligation to participate in this report.

Simply complete the questionnaire. The deadline for our receipt of your completed survey is February 23, 2009. To take the survey, click here.
