ListHub Now Includes 40 Distribution Partners

RISMEDIA, March 5, 2009-ListHubTM, a leading listing distribution platform, now sends listing content to 40 regional, national and international sites on behalf of their broker and MLS customers. Recent additions to the ListHub network include high traffic sites like OpenHouse.com, eRealInvestor.com, and Overstock.com.

The 40th site to join ListHub’s network was eRealInvestor.com, a site that targets premier residential real estate investors.

“We are excited to be part of the ListHub network,” stated Mike Genstil, founder and CEO of eRealInvestor.com. “eRealInvestor’s industry-leading eRealAnalyzerTM helps real estate agents identify cash flow positive deals for their clients. With more than 35% of today’s home sales in the distressed category, it is important that agents are able to have this type of dialogue with buyers. Listing information that is broker authorized but comes directly from the MLS system is key to us and our agent and investor customers. That makes ListHub an ideal partner for eRealInvestor.”

Yahoo! Real Estate® is a long time Internet marketing site in the ListHub network. “We integrated with ListHub almost two years ago to receive MLS and broker-authorized real estate listing information and have been impressed with the consistency and quality of data in their network,” said Steve Schultz, senior director, Product Management at Yahoo! Real Estate. “We work with many content suppliers and we consider Threewide to be one of the best.”

ListHub’s Internet marketing sites undergo an extensive evaluation process before they are integrated into the ListHub network. For example, all of ListHub’s Internet marketing partners provide the brokers and agents with control over the branding of the listing, control over consumer traffic re-direction, and have no fees to post listings on their sites.

Luke Glass, president of Threewide Corporation said, “We have always been focused on working with quality Internet marketing partners. We seek partners that bring clear value to our customers. Because ListHub’s listing syndication service is free, we are seeing more and more brokers utilizing ListHub to market their listings and generate vital consumer traffic.”

Protect Your Cash Flow

By deducting pre-commission expenses from payouts, brokers avoid having to chase reimbursement or carry the cost indefinitely, keeping the cash flow stable. Safeguard your funds.
