Network’s first online event hosted more than 80% of the program’s members
RISMEDIA, March 16, 2009-More than 80% of RISMedia’s Top 5 in Real Estate’s Members attended the Network’s first-ever member webinar, with its highest percentages of members logging on in the Northeast, Greater Chicago-land area, California and Florida.
Hosted by Allan Dalton, the president of the Top 5 in Real Estate Network®, the webinar focused on some of the industry’s most important and pressing topics, including comprehensive strategies for working with expired listings, short sales, REOs and foreclosures.
In addition, Dalton introduced the Network’s brand-new offering: The Top 5 Real Estate Social Networking System-the perfect complement to any social networking site that Top 5 Members may already belong to. Members that already belong to social networking sites, such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc., will now be given even more consumer content to pass along to past, present and future clients.
Prior to Thursday’s webinar, several Top 5 Members discussed how they have already benefited from using program’s brochures (What Every Home Seller Should Demand of Their Real Estate Agent, There’s Only One Reason Why Your Home Didn’t Sell and The Four R’s of Short Sales) and collaterals to garner more listings.
