Coldwell Banker Schmitt Agents Reach Consumers with Custom Marketing Suite Built by SharperAgent

RISMEDIA, September 16, 2009—SharperAgent announces a new partnership with Coldwell Banker Schmitt Real Estate Company, one of the largest and oldest real estate brokerages in the Florida Keys area. Released earlier this year, Coldwell Banker Schmitt’s new private-label marketing suite was developed to help over 140 of the company’s sales associates take control of their marketing and prospect efficiently for new business. 

The centralized marketing center will allow agents to: Target consumers who are buying in today’s market with the extensive marketing template library of custom, pre-written, and professionally designed eNewsletters, postcards, e-greetings, flyers, and Flash-based home shows; Consistently contact and connect with current consumers and future prospects using one of over 40 eCampaigns designed with powerful messages to cultivate more sales now; Automate communication through both online and offline methods and more. 

Coldwell Banker Schmitt’s President, Brian Schmitt, believes the tool will help simplify the marketing process for all of his agents: “Consumers who are interested in the Florida Keys market run the gamut from those who know exactly what they’re looking for to those who may have only briefly visited.
