Gene Fennelly Affiliates with Allison James Estates and Homes

RISMEDIA, January 20, 2010—Allison James Estates and Homes announced that Gene Fennelly, broker/owner of Envirian of Nashua/Manchester, New Hampshire has associated with Allison James Estates and Homes, a national Internet-based real estate brokerage.

As a licensed real estate broker since 1986 in both New Hampshire and Massachusetts, Fennelly has seen the highs and lows of the real estate business. In order to succeed in all types of markets, Fennelly understands the importance of being able to adjust to the different climates.

From 1986 to January 2008, Fennelly worked as an associate broker for one of the most successful brokerages in Southern New Hampshire. In January 2008, he made the decision to open his own office in Nashua, New Hampshire. Over the next two years, the Envirian of Nashua/Manchester office consisted of a group of 14 agents servicing all of southern New Hampshire along with bordering cities and towns in Massachusetts.

“With the many shifts taking place in the real estate industry, it was obvious that the traditional real estate brokerage would need to adjust to these changes in order to move forward. During the time that I was researching the many ways that real estate companies were adapting to the modifying market, I was introduced to Allison James Estates and Homes. It took minimal time to realize that Allison James’ virtual concept of real estate offices, which enabled agents to keep 100% of hard earned commissions while paying only a small fee to the company, was the real estate office of the future,” said Fennelly.

After meeting with his current agents, Fennelly decided it was time to merge with Allison James Estates and Homes. “We are all quite confident, with all the tools provided to the agents including continuous training, strong marketing and fabulous company support, that we are headed towards a strong and prosperous 2010 and beyond.”
