Point2 Technologies Appoints Real Estate Industry Veteran Walter T. Baczkowski Jr. as Chief Sales Officer/V.P. Industry Relations

RISMEDIA, May 19, 2010—Point2 Technologies Inc. is pleased to announce that member of the Point2 Board of Directors and former Chief Executive Officer of the Metropolitan Consolidated Association of REALTORS® in Oakland, and Macomb County, Michigan, Walter (Walt) T. Baczkowski Jr., will now join Point2’s Executive Management team as Chief Sales Officer/Vice President Industry Relations, for the Company’s real estate business, effective June 1st, 2010.

Baczkowski brings to Point2 over three decades of senior level experience in organized real estate. In his new capacity, Baczkowski will focus on building and strengthening Point2’s real estate client relations, and will lead Point2’s sales organization overseeing sales channels, expansion and product market adoption at the MLS/Association as well as the brokerage and individual agent levels.

Baczkowski comes to Point2 from the Metropolitan Consolidated Association of REALTORS® where he served as CEO for the past seven years. Prior, Baczkowski held the post of Executive Officer for the Toledo Association of REALTORS®, the San Diego Association of REALTORS®, and the New Jersey Association of REALTORS®.

Walt also further strengthens Point2’s ability to consistently develop and market insightful, benchmark setting solutions for MLSs and Associations, and brokers and agents.”
