Phil Edwards Joins CompensationMaster as Vice President of Business Development

RISMEDIA, March 24, 2011—CompensationMaster announced recently that the company is expanding its management team and hiring industry veteran Phil Edwards to fill the newly created role of vice president of business development. He will be responsible for the company’s business development strategy, business partnerships, and both the sales and marketing teams.

Phil Edwards has had a successful track record in sales, sales training and market development for more than 25 years. He was most recently vice president of Leading Real Estate Solutions®, a business unit of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World®, where he was responsible for evaluating vendors and partners, contracting with partners and managing their partner relationships. Previously, Edwards managed large national and regional sales forces and has done business development for several companies in the real estate, office and computer products industries.
