Century 21 Real Estate Announces Agreement with RES.NET

RISMedia, May 26, 2011—Century 21 Real Estate LLC, the franchisor of one of the world’s largest residential real estate sales organizations, and RES.NET—an infrastructure of diverse real estate professionals, buyers and sellers with supporting software applications—have announced an agreement between the two companies. The agreement empowers CENTURY 21® System professionals to join the RES.NET community, giving them access to the Accelerated Management Platform (AMP) portal. AMP gives agents the ability to manage distressed and traditional properties through one centralized location.

CENTURY 21 System members who join RES.NET will be able to take advantage of a 30 percent discount for professional membership purchases and a 15 percent discount for premium membership purchases. In addition to the discounts, RES.NET has created customized training for CENTURY 21 agents and brokers who register for AMP’s professional membership. This extensive training includes lessons on AMP, short sales, Real Estate Owned (REO) properties and Broker Price Opinion (BPO).

“This partnership further demonstrates the value of being a part of the CENTURY 21 System,” says Rick Davidson, president and CEO, Century 21 Real Estate LLC. “Short sales and foreclosures represent a significant number of properties in the resale market today. It is important for CENTURY 21, as an industry leader, to ensure that our sales professionals have the tools and training necessary to assist home buyers and sellers in the distressed property market.”

Being part of AMP will allow CENTURY 21 sales professionals to gain greater exposure for themselves and their properties through RES.NET’s short sale, buyer, homeowner, and REO portals. They will also be able to manage all of their real estate transactions on their personal AMP dashboard, either online or on their smart phone.

“We’re very excited about this new relationship,” says Todd Mobraten, COO of USRES, the parent company to RES.NET, Inc. “This is ideal timing since the soon-to-be-released Short Sale Portal will provide efficiencies that will streamline the process. CENTURY 21 is a strong, global brand with a deep and diverse network of sales professionals, and we are happy to introduce them to our exclusive community and powerful tools.”
