RISMEDIA, May 24, 2011–Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty will be presented with People to People’s prestigious Corporate Leadership award on June 5 for more than a decade of committed service to the organization.
Rand Realty has embarked on a variety of initiatives over the years to benefit People to People, Rockland County’s largest food pantry. From holding food drives, to participating in events, to being a large part of the “Back to School with Dignity” school supplies drive, Rand Realty has always found ways to support People to People.

Better Homes and Gardens Rand Realty will be honored at People to People’s third annual Rockland Down-the-Shore event at the Pearl River Hilton. This year’s theme is “California Dreamin,” and will feature California music, West Coast cuisine, a Robert Mondavi Wine Bar, simulated surfing and much more. Nam Knights of America Motorcycle Club, Hudson Valley Chapter will also be honored at the event, with the Friend of People to People Award for championing People to People through food drives and events, and for partnering with People to People on the Veterans to Veterans initiative.
