Diane Turton, REALTORS Celebrates 25 Years of Success

RISMEDIA, August 15, 2011–Diane Turton, REALTORS® is celebrating a major milestone this year as they recall 25 years of service to Ocean and Monmouth Counties. Diane Turton, president and broker of record, has worked in the Real Estate industry since 1966. After many years working as a salesperson Diane decided to become her own boss at the end of 1985. She opened her first office on Bridge Avenue in Bay Head on January 1, 1986. The company continues to operate from the same location today.

The Pt. Pleasant Borough office opened later that year and housed the company’s headquarters for many years. When the sales staff required additional space the company moved the administrative offices to Rte. 35 in Pt. Pleasant Beach. The powerful Spring Lake and Sea Girt offices were opened in the late 80’s. Brick, Lavallette, Avon-by-the-Sea and Toms River followed in the 90’s.

“Through the years I followed my instincts when choosing locations for my offices. We often saw sales trends developing from existing offices reaching out to new markets for us,” said Turton.

Beginning in 2001 the company experienced a busy period of expansion that included the opening of the Lacey, Ocean Grove, Pt. Pleasant Beach, Wall, Beach Haven and Rumson offices. Those 14 offices continue to prosper today despite the challenging business environment.

Recognizing other client needs Diane Turton, REALTORS® formed Turton Financial Services in 2006. Since that time the company has offered top notch mortgage, title and insurance services in partnerships with some of the area’s best professionals in their fields.

Diane Turton, REALTORS® markets luxury properties through their Signature Properties Division and their international affiliations with Luxury Real Estate (Who’s Who in Luxury Real Estate) and Luxury Portfolio and the Leading Real Estate Companies of the World. Turton Commercial provides a full spectrum of services to the area business community.

Over the last year the company launched a new text messaging capability so that the public can immediately get information on the company’s listings from their smart phones, and a dynamic, new, full service website came online in May. The company introduced a comprehensive educational and coaching program provided by Metamorphosis Consulting, Inc.
